Last week I went to Momofuku Seiobo, one of the only four restaurants in Sydney with three chef hats, American style Japanese food. The music was a bit loud, the presentation was average, the taste was not particularly good, the dessert was not outstanding, the service was also quite casual, the seating environment was not comfortable (well, maybe it was because of my short legs, sitting at the bar for 3 hours was too tiring)... It can&#39;t be compared with Tetsuya, which only has two chef hats.

Momofuku Seiobo

Metal lamps are hung on the black fish-scale cloud wall. The open kitchen is quite cozy. The dining chairs seem to be made of bamboo. The tableware flows with the luxury of dark tones. Can it be considered as dark romance? The DJ&#39;s ambient music is large. The Japanese cuisine is impeccable. The sashimi platter, tataki beef, tuna crispy rice sushi and fried squid all left a deep impression.

The Harbour Bridge can be seen at the corner, like hiding on the edge of the city and peeping at the bustling center. 🌇🌉 Ebi Chilli is super delicious, the shrimp head is fried crispy, the shrimp meat is plump and chewy, and the bread dipped in the soup is so delicious that I even ordered three servings of bread. The wagyu bones and toothfish are also perfect, and the dessert is satisfying with brown sugar ice cream mochi! 🥰 I like restaurants like this that have a little Japanese blood. ​

The Little Snail Restaurant &amp; Bar is a French restaurant located near Darling Harbour. The decoration is in line with the romantic French style. It serves standard French dishes such as snails, duck, salmon, etc. You must order them.

This is probably my favorite restaurant I&#39;ve ever eaten at. Every dish is very thoughtful and delicious, especially the bread and desserts, which are simply delicious! I checked the news before going there. The owner of this restaurant is Somm. Her wine list is also three stars, but there are not many choices for single-glass wines. Because it is mainly paired with seafood, I chose white wine Vermentino, which is my favorite flower and tropical fruit aroma and not too acidic. If you go there, you can also order this to try.

上周去的momofuku seiobo,悉尼唯一4家三个厨师帽餐厅之一, American style的日餐。音乐有点吵，摆盘一般般，味道没有特别好，dessert没亮点，服务也挺casual, 座位环境不舒服(额，或许是我自己脚短的原因，坐吧台3小时太累)....和虽然只有两个厨师帽的tetsuya不能比阿。。

品尝了食物，有点昂贵但是这儿是我在悉尼吃过的最好的饭菜。我订餐的时候解释了我对哪些食物过敏时，他们轻而易举地就用一些别的食物做代替。我的朋友带来了搭配吃饭的酒，我们一起分享饮用，因为在星期六的午餐你只能喝这么多的葡萄酒。每道菜都是一个惊喜，而更奇怪的是其中的一道或两道菜尝起来像我们在别的地方吃过的东西。员工都非常友好，能看到开放式厨房中的工作人员真是吸引人，因为每一个细节都做得很完美。唯一的缺点是有点贵。

Tasted the food, a bit pricey but the best meal I&#39;ve had in Sydney. When I ordered I explained my food allergies and they easily substituted some of the food. My friend brought a wine pairing with the meal and we shared as you can only have so much wine on a Saturday lunch. Every course was a surprise and even more surprising was that one or two of the courses tasted like something we&#39;ve had elsewhere. The staff were very friendly and it was fascinating to see the staff in the open kitchen as every detail was cooked to perfection. The only downside was that it was a bit pricey.

Arrived at Sydney&#39;s first three hat restaurant #Momofuku Seiobo. The mood and creativity are good. The taste is not particularly amazing, but everyone tastes different.
